Naphthenic Oil


Product Features

Considerations


1. All containers, pipes and pumps that contacted with oil should be kept super clean, avoid mixing with any other oil products or impurities.

2. Storage & Preservation: It must be placed in cool and ventilated place. Insulation and moisture are prohibited.



Main Applications


KN Series is mainly used for the processing of rubber products that require photothermal stability. It is widely used as filling oil in synthetic rubber and operating oil in downstream rubber products industry. It plays the role of mutual dissolving with rubber, mixing soluble materials and softening rubber.


KNH Series are mainly used for processing the green environmental protection rubber products in high requirements of the thermal stability properties. Due to its extremely low aromatic hydrocarbon content, it is safe for manufacturing life daily rubber products. Also it plays the role of enhancing the mutual solubility of compound and rubber, helping to dissolve mixed materials, and softening rubber to increase elasticity.

It is ideal for rubber products in high request for color and adhesive products.
